Home Organizing Angels is dedicated to “going beyond the standard” to help families in transition, whether in a move across town or across the country; to larger or smaller dwellings. And even if you are not moving, we can help with organizing and de-cluttering your home.
Sue Lyons, Managing Director of Home Organizing Angels, has always been an organizer, living under the credo that there is a place for everything. That belief, coupled with her love of decorating, refurbishing, designing and building houses, is the basis for the founding of Home Organizing Angels. The excellent service and attention to detail led to her being known as “The Downsizing Guru.”
Sue has a deep understanding of the emotional and physical challenges associated with helping aging family members transition into new housing. With the loss of her own mother, and the process of clearing out a lifetime of family possessions, she recognized the need to help others in similar situations. She began by helping elderly family members whose children were out of state or unable to help because of other family commitments.
The company’s greatest asset is our team of “angels,” as our employees are known. The entire staff shares this understanding and empathy for families in transition. Our teams work with families of all generations daily, and have the patience and wide range of experience in helping them through the stress of the move.
Home Organizing Angels has quickly grown to include any and all moving services -- from de-cluttering and downsizing when the house goes on the market, to coordinating the move, and to organizing and putting away the items after the move.
